How we use your information
Last updated: 4 August 2026
Who we are
The Wedding Telephone Box provides full-size telephone box audio guest book hire for weddings. For privacy questions, email hello@weddingtelephonebox.co.uk or call 07498 324462.
Information sent with an enquiry
The enquiry form asks for names, an email address, wedding date, venue or postcode and your message. A telephone number and the answer to how you heard about us are optional.
The form is processed by Formspree and delivered to our business email address. Form details are not sent to Google Analytics.
Why we use enquiry information
We use it to reply, check availability, understand delivery requirements and discuss a possible booking. This is necessary to take steps at your request before entering into a contract and supports our legitimate interest in responding to genuine enquiries.
How long we keep enquiry information
If you do not make a booking, we normally delete enquiry correspondence within 12 months. If you book, relevant records may be kept for longer where needed to deliver the service, maintain financial records or resolve a query.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 is used only after you select Accept analytics. It helps us understand anonymous website activity such as page visits, clicks on date, phone and email links, form starts and successful enquiries.
Names, email addresses, phone numbers, wedding dates, venues, postcodes and message contents are not included in analytics events. Analytics is not loaded when you reject it.
Your preference is stored on your device. Use the Manage preferences button at the bottom of any page to accept or reject analytics later.
Service providers
OpenAI hosts the public website through ChatGPT Sites, Formspree processes enquiry forms and Google provides optional analytics after consent. Our email provider handles the messages delivered to the business inbox. Each provider processes information for its service and under its own data-protection terms.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may ask to access, correct, delete or restrict the use of your personal information, or object to how it is used. Contact us using the details above. You may also raise a concern with the UK Information Commissioner's Office.
