I’m Ollie, the founder of The Wedding Telephone Box. I have more than 10 years of experience in the events industry, and I personally handle each enquiry from the first date check through to discussing your venue, delivery and access.
My aim is to make planning feel straightforward and personal. We always aim to reply within 24 to 48 hours.
The idea
Turning an audio guest book into a full-size experience
The service is designed for couples who want to capture voices, stories and laughter, while also giving guests a memorable feature to step inside.
The white telephone box combines a cream recording telephone, warm lighting, an illuminated message board, your greeting and personalised signage. The result is intended to feel part of the wedding setting rather than like a piece of technology placed on a table.

The main service area covers Dorset, Hampshire and the New Forest. Local hire at £395 includes delivery, set-up and collection within 25 road miles of Ringwood.
Venues beyond the local area are considered individually using the venue postcode.
